How does the 14 day trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial. Add your card, try everything, and cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends; if you cancel during the trial, your account falls back to the Free plan and your settings are kept.
What happens when I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account falls back to the Free plan limits. Your widgets and settings are saved in case you come back.
Do you offer a yearly discount?
Yes. Yearly billing saves about a third: Pro is $10 per month billed $120 yearly instead of $15 per month, saving you $60 per year. Agency is $50 per month billed $600 yearly instead of $65 per month, saving you $180 per year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your widgets adjust to the new plan limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by our payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, which is why every paid plan starts with a free trial. Cancel during the trial and you will never be charged.
